If you’re in any type of entrepreneurial or Direct Selling business, stop and listen. Today we are lucky to share in the wisdom, insights and knowledge of an incredibly successful woman who encompasses inspiring passion for both building business and respecting the value of family.

Allow me to introduce Cindy Monroe, the remarkable individual behind Thirty-One Gifts. Cindy serves as the founder of Thirty-One Gifts and actively builds relationships with Thirty-One sales consultants, establishing strategic plans to grow and expand the brand. Cindy’s fierce faith, family focus, and authentic passion for changing lives give her a platform as a champion of female entrepreneurs.

As a young mother of two young children with no formal experience as a business owner, Cindy describes herself as one of the least likely people to launch and lead one of the largest Direct Selling companies in North America (which peaked at more than $750 million in annual revenue in just 10 years!).
